RESPONSIBILITIES: Indexing the patients records which are eligible for Coding. Verifying the documents and sending back to the clients end which seem to be ineligible. Contacting the clients and follow up the records which needs documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing reports on the activities of the Customer Care department or team. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
